An independent review into Maternity Services in Nottingham University NHS Trust has been opened.

An independent review into Maternity Services in Nottingham University NHS Trust has been opened officially by Donna Ockenden, who has previously led a review into maternity services in Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust between 2000 and 2019 which was published in March 2022, covering 1,592 clinical incidents.
