Fireman's Fund found not liable in Covid BI case in South Carolina
The South Carolina Supreme Court has unanimously ruled that Allianz's Fireman's Fund Insurance and Allianz Global Risk US
Insurance units are not liable for business interruption losses suffered by a local chain of restaurants at the height of
the Covid-19 pandemic.
