Richins v Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust [2022] EWHC 847 (QB)

A claim for damages following placental abruption and a stillbirth has failed on causation despite findings of breach of duty by the midwives caring for the claimant during her admission and treatment in hospital.
