This was an appeal against the decision of a recorder dismissing a claim for and holding that Fulham FC was vicariously liable for what he had found was negligence of Mr Harris, a Fulham player, in tackling Mr Jones, a Swansea player in a football match between the under 18 teams of Fulham Football Club and Swansea City Football Club.
