EU sixth sanctions package riddled with holes, Official Journal shows

The publication in its Official Journal of theEuropean Union’s (EU) sixth sanctions package against Russia over the invasionof Ukraine has shown the EU bent over backwards to secure unanimity in itsagreed restrictions on Russian oil imports.
