The past few years have undoubtedly taken their toll on the maritime industry and, quite frankly, every industry in one way or another, when the pandemic took hold of the world in 2019. When Covid-19 surged in almost every country with lockdowns being imposed and people working from home, the uncertainty of what was to come was unnerving and the tragic loss of life was heartbreaking.
