Latest edition of Judicial College Guidelines published
The 16th edition of the Judicial College Guidelines has been published with the new edition of the guidelines including a
specific category for damages for sexual and physical abuse. According to Clyde & Co, while the guidelines are not binding
in Scotland the new brackets will be treated as persuasive.
