Animals Act claim

Ford v Seymour-James [2021] EWCA Civ 1848

The Court of Appeal has clarified the issue of the scope of strict liability under s2 of the Animals Act 1971 in a claim involving serious injuries sustained by an employee brought against an employer who was the keeper of a horse which had fallen on top of her in the course of having a heart attack.
