Personal liability concerns for UK directors

Senior leaders in the UK are more concerned about their personal liability now than they were before Covid-19, with 30 per cent worrying that action taken and decisions they made during the pandemic could lead to claims being made against them, according to new research from QBE. Almost half (48 per cent) of UK respondents feel their personal liability within their role has increased in the last 18 months. This was found to be particularly relevant for those working for larger organisations, with 62 per cent expressing liability concerns.
