ASPEN HIRES MS AMLIN'S HOUGHTON AS COO

Aspen Insurance Holdings has appointed Rob Houghton as group chief operating officer (COO). Houghton, who has more than 20 years of operations, IT and transformation experience, joins from MS Amlin, where he was group COO and, more recently, chief executive of MS Amlin Business Services. He succeeds Mike Cain, who is leaving the business in early 2022. Houghton will take up the role on January 3.
