Call for EU directive as psychosocial risks worsened by pandemic

The pandemic has exposed inequalities and worsened existing psychosocial risks (PSR) risks at work, making the problem more critical, according to speakers at the seventh meeting of the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) on psychosocial risks at work. Participants called for an EU directive on the issue, pointing out that the risks must be tackled as a collective issue and requiring collective solutions.
