Average fraudulent insurance claim in UK rises to £12,000
The Association of British Insurers (ABI) has revealed that the average fraudulent insurance claim in the UK has risen to
£12,000. It pointed to the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic which insurers have had to adapt to, with the value of
the average general insurance fraud and detection rates both up.
