DAC Beachcroft appoints partner to health sector practice

DAC Beachcroft has appointed Emily Senior to its health sector practice. She joins DAC Beachcroft from Capsticks, where she was a partner leading the clinical negligence team in Leeds. She has extensive experience in matters relating to clinical risk, maternity incidents and the Early Notification Scheme for NHS trusts and NHS Resolution. She joins DAC Beachcroft’s team of legal advisors to the health and social care sector, which has the largest defendant clinical negligence and medical malpractice team in the UK.
