Unicolors v H&M oral arguments

Dispute which started in 2016 relating to the sale of a jacket and skirt, examines importance of compliance with US Copyright Office formalities

Fashion retailer H&M Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) appeared to lose some ground in its defence of a five-year copyright dispute with textile manufacturer Unicolors, in the Supreme Court of the US (SCOTUS) during oral arguments on 8 November.
