Fundamental dishonesty finding loses claimant £500,000

A claimant has lost a potential half-a-million-pound claim due to his fundamental dishonesty, according to DAC Beachcroft and Allianz. The claim involved a soldier in the Army who was involved as a passenger in a minor car accident where he suffered from whiplash and an undiagnosed shoulder condition and was discharged from the Army.
