Public consultation on the future of medical device regulation

Product safety lawyers at Leigh Day have welcomed a public consultation on the future of medical device regulation. The consultation was announced by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) which said it would cover a broad range of regulatory issues, including how devices are assessed before being put on the market and post-market surveillance.
