Gulf War syndrome research

A report to the annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America from doctors from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas builds on their 1999 findings on the effects of chemical exposure on brain cells. They have now identified depletion of brain cells in three specific brain areas correlating with different symptoms and abnormalities.
