TANGO LAUNCHES PROFESSIONAL LINES DIVISION

Commercial lines managing general agent (MGA) Tango Specialty has set up a professional lines division. The new division will be led by David Egosi, who was previously head of professional risks at Hiscox USA. Egosi will work alongside Alicia Marsiglia and Drew Kling, who were respectively partner and vice-president of professional risks also at Hiscox USA. Tango will offer up to $5m of total capacity in sectors such as allied healthcare, senior living, contractors, real estate, architects and engineers, security guards and other professional services. The MGA said there is growing demand for products across the professional lines business and will look to service wholesale brokers for excess and surplus underwriting solutions in the small and medium-sized enterprise sector.
