Appeal against mast erection

Company director David Lale has launched a high court action against a planning decision to allow the erection of an Orange mobile phone mast near his house. It will be situated less than 15 feet away from his six and eight-year-old children’s bedroom. Using the provisions of the Human Rights Act, he claims he was not allowed to voice his objections at a fair and proper hearing.
