FSA not to review endowment sales
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has decided there was no systematic misselling of endowment mortgages in the 1980s
and that an industry-wide review would be neither justified nor cost-effective, costing an ‘awful lot of money without necessarily
any compensation being paid at the end’.
