Pensions transfer adviser challenges £1.3m FCA fine

The FCA has decided to fine a pensions transfer adviser £1.28 million despite the fact that he has produced evidence it would
cause him “serious financial hardship”. The decision against Geoffrey Armin of Tansley, Derbyshire is now to be heard by the
Upper Tribunal, following an appeal by the 67-year-old.
