Aetna settles, but more claims loom
Leading US health insurer Aetna has come to a US$82.5mn settlement of the claims of a group of disgruntled investors who bought
shares during part of 1997. The investors alleged they were misled, particularly regarding the state of medical claim reserves,
during the merger with US Healthcare.
