ASTON LARK ACQUIRES PLESTER GROUP

Goldman Sachs-backed Aston Lark has acquired Plester Group, a Kidderminster-based commercial and personal lines broker. Justin Griffiths, managing director of Plester Group, said: “We are very excited to be joining the Aston Lark Group as we believe their ethos of providing excellent customer service mirrors our own. “Our specialist offerings, which include contracting and motor trade, are aligned and we believe that, with the additional resources of the Aston Lark Group, there will be great benefit to our existing clients and huge potential for continued growth, whilst still maintaining the personal service on which we have built the business to this point.” Plester Group has a staff of 17.
