Policemen claim for brick injury

Two former policemen, John Robinson and Michael Mohon, seek damages against Northumbria Police for injuries suffered when a youth threw a brick through the windscreen of their patrol car. Neither has been able to continue work in the police force: Mr Robinson suffered severe head injuries, five weeks of coma and continuing brain damage, while Mr Mohon – not physically hurt – developed post-traumatic stress disorder.
