AQUEOUS APPOINTS NEW SENIOR UNDERWRITER

Specialist managing general agent Aqueous Underwriting has appointed Alex Stephenson as senior underwriter. He joins Aqueous after working at Manchester Underwriting for 10 years. Stephenson has previously worked at RSA and broker Millers and joins with immediate effect. Aqueous writes professional indemnity for a wide range of trades and professions. According to the company, Stephenson will bolster Aqueous’ professional indemnity team as it looks to grow its book and footprint within the UK market. “We have some ambitious growth plans and, together with the continued support of our capacity providers, I have little doubt we’ll be able to achieve them,” Aqueous’ chief underwriting officer Mark Ford, said.
