Fraudulent £1.2 million personal injury claim defended

Horwich Farrelly has successfully defended, on behalf of Admiral Insurance, a fraudulent personal injury claim pleaded at more than £1.2 million. The claim was dismissed after surveillance footage proved the claimant’s injuries were exaggerated.
