The claimant was the registered owner of the oil tanker Tecoil Polaris which suffered damage on 18 July 2018 when (being stationary at her berth at Albert Dock in Hull) the vessel Poseidon collided with her. On 28 June 2019 the claimant issued an in rem claim against the owners of Poseidon seeking damages, interest and costs.
