VTB BANK PJSC (VTB) sought an anti-suit injunction to restrain proceedings brought in Armenia for the enforcement of a facility agreement covering a licence to develop and exploit a copper mine. The facility agreement contained a London arbitration clause. It was common ground that the arbitration clause covered the dispute.
