Whose sub-freight?

By entering into a time charterparty dated 1 August 2013 on an amended NYPE form, the claimant owners agreed to charter the vessel Smart to the respondent charterers for a time charter trip. The charterers then on the same day sub-chartered the vessel to sub-charterers GNR pursuant to a voyage charter.
