Work-related stress legal precedent, Hatton v Sutherland, unfit for purpose

Zurich has warned that the legal precedent on work stress claims has remained unchanged for 20 years and is not fit for purpose. The insurer said that the work-related stress legal precedent, Hatton v Sutherland [2002] EWCA Civ 76; [2002] 2 All ER 1, will be tested as working patterns alter.
