ONG JOINS ED ASIA FROM HOWDEN IN SINGAPORE

London market broker Ed has appointed Christina Ong as chairman of Ed Asia, with immediate effect. Based in Singapore, Ong joins Ed from Howden Insurance Brokers Singapore, where she was managing director for specialty. With more than 40 years of industry experience in Asia and Europe, Ong has also previously worked at Alexander & Alexander and KIB Insurance Brokers Singapore. Her track record of providing corporate clients with bespoke and top-tier insurance solutions is in keeping with Ed’s specialty capability and ambitions, the company said.
