The vessel Mookda Naree was time-chartered by Precious Pearls Ltd (the owners) to Navision Shipping A/S (Navision). Navision sub-chartered her to Conti Lines Shipping NV (Conti); and Conti sub-sub-chartered her to Cerealis, a French wheat trading company.
