NHS Staff Survey 2020 highlights stress and discrimination issues

The NHS Staff Survey 2020 has found that 44 per cent of staff reported feeling unwell as a result of work related stress in the last 12 months, 29.3 per cent experienced musculoskeletal problems (MSK) as a result of work activities in the last 12 months, and 13.1 per cent of staff reported experiencing discrimination at work.
