Global broker Lockton Cos has appointed Peter Tran as senior vice-president to strengthen its year-old, Seattle-based property risk management operation. With 20 years of experience developing risk-management solutions for property owners, developers, contractors and managers, he joins from Seattle-based broker Parker, Smith & Feek, where he served as vice-president and real estate practice group leader, specialising in owner-controlled insurance programmes.
