Admiralty – Supply of bunkers – Applicable law – Right to maritime lien – Whether liability joint and several – Due date for payment

The claimant bunker supplier brought arbitration proceedings against the respondents claiming a balance of US$30,550, together with interest and costs, in respect of bunkers supplied to the subject vessel at the request of the second respondents, the managers of the vessel, on behalf of the first respondents, the owners thereof, and the third respondents, the operators thereof.
