BHSI MAKES PROFESSIONAL LINES APPOINTMENTS IN NEW YORK

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has appointed Anthony Tatulli to lead its executive and professional lines business in North America. With over 30 years of industry experience spanning both underwriting and claims, Tatulli joins from AIG, where he was head of North America financial lines. Prior to that he was global head of financial lines for claims and underwriting at AIG. Peter Eastwood, president and chief executive of BHSI, said Tatulli brings “deep expertise” to BHSI as it continues to grow its financial lines business. Separately, BHSI appointed Rachel Simon as senior vice president, head of US commercial private and non-profit, professional lines and transactional liability. She was most recently employed by Great American Insurance Group, where she underwrote reps and warranties coverage. Both appointments are based in New York.
