ASTON LARK ACQUIRES SENNOCKE INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE

Aston Lark, the UK-based Goldman Sachs-backed insurance broker, has continued its run of acquisitions with the purchase of Sennocke International Insurance Services, a commercial insurance and construction broker. Based in Kent, England, Sennocke International Insurance Services incorporates two specialist brands, construction broker Self-Build Zone and latent defects insurance broker Build-Zone. Aston Lark has also acquired Build-Zone Survey Services, which provides the technical surveying and risk management support behind Self-Build Zone and Build-Zone. These two niche brands will play a “significant role” in Aston Lark’s commercial schemes offering, the group said.
