WIA ACQUIRES CORPORATE RISK SERVICES IN ARKANSAS

US broking group World Insurance Associates has acquired Corporate Risk Services and its Midwest Risk Management Services affiliate, an Arkansas-based broker that provides commercial insurance products, including workers’ compensation, for manufacturers, healthcare providers, schools, municipalities, retailers and transport companies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. “We are pleased to have Corporate Risk Services join the World family,” said WIA co-founder and chief executive Rich Eknoian. “Corporate Risk Services has vast experience meeting their clients’ insurance needs, and we know they will continue to be successful as part of WIA.”
