Clyde & Co successfully defends workplace stress/occupational harassment claim

A claim for alleged workplace stress/occupational harassment brought by a veterinary surgeon against her employer has been successfully defended by Clyde & Co. In Theresa McCann v Davies Veterinary Specialists Ltd, the claimant alleged that the conduct of her employer had materially contributed to her depressive illness.
