Directive 2000/13/EC has been adopted by the European Parliament and Council. A consolidation of earlier legislation covering
requirements of labelling, presentation and advertising of foodstuffs, as delivered both to the ultimate consumer and to intermediate
users such as restaurants, hospitals and canteens.
