CHUBB PROMOTES KEOGH TO PRESIDENT

Global commercial and specialty insurer Chubb has appointed John Keogh as president and chief operating officer, effective immediately. He will continue to report to Evan Greenberg, Chubb’s chairman and chief executive officer, and his current responsibilities remain unchanged. Keogh is currently Chubb’s executive vice chairman and has served as group COO since 2011. He joined the company (then ACE) in 2006 as chairman of Insurance – Overseas General. He began his insurance career as an underwriter with AIG in 1986.
