HYPERION REBRANDS TO HOWDEN

Hyperion Insurance Group has changed its name to Howden Group Holdings, effective immediately. The name change will flow through the other parts of the group, with Hyperion X will trading as HX. The group was founded in 1994 as Howden Pangborn by adopted the Hyperion brand with the launch of its managing general agency business, Dual, in 1998. David Howden, CEO of Howden Group, said it is the right time to “bring further simplicity and authenticity” to the group and to take on a “new old” name.
