DPA 9 – what can we learn?

On the face of it, the ninth UK deferred prosecutionagreement (DPA) [1] may not appear remarkable, writes Aziz Rahman ofRahman Ravelli. It is, after all, the ninth DPA that we have witnessed. And whoremembers the ninth of anything? Who finished ninth in the league? Who is ninthin line to the throne? Only an obsessive would know.
