Legionnaires’ disease must be covered in public liability insurance policies

Brokers have been urged by the Society of Insurance Broking to ensure public liability insurance policies account for legionnaires’ disease. A good practice guide produced by the professional body examined the legionella disease risk faced by broker’s corporate clients as the UK gradually returned to work after the initial lockdown period.
