Rental companies fight back on injury fraud
After years of rising third party claims, the daily rental industry is fighting back, according to the British Vehicle Rental
and Leasing Association (BVRLA). Contrived or “staged” accidents along with phoney injury claims are costing the industry
tens of thousands of pounds every year.
