US Litigation Trends Survey 2005
In its latest annual 2005 Litigation Trends Survey, international law firm Fulbright & Jaworski has found that litigation
has become the great equalizer of the modern corporation. Nearly 90% of US corporations are engaged in some type of litigation,
regardless of size, industry or location. The firm said that the average company balances a docket of 37 US lawsuits. For
$1bn-plus companies in the US, the average number of cases being juggled at home soars to 147.
