NHS Resolution annual report reveals costs of NHS claims

NHS Resolution’s provisions for claims against the secondary care system in England have reduced (to £82.8 billion) for the first time in many years, largely due to reductions in expected future claims inflation. The NHS Resolution annual report and accounts 2019/2020 also revealed that the cost of harm for CNST in 2019/2020 is estimated to be £8.3 billion.
