More than £30 million in compensation for birth brain damage

A child who suffered near-total deprivation of oxygen at his birth will receive more than £30 million in compensation to help provide lifelong care. According to Leigh Day, the sum secured on behalf of the boy is believed to be one of the largest of its kind.
