Substantial seven-figure settlement for RTA victim

A man who suffered a serious head injury and a range of other more minor injuries in a road incident has received a substantial seven-figure settlement. He is unlikely ever to be able to return to full employment and continues to need a substantial amount of rehabilitation treatment. He also needs help with various regular activities including childcare. His lawyer from Ashtons Legal said that the driver of the vehicle that hit him was uninsured which was an added complication. There were early low offers to settle the claim, but the final settlement was nearly three times the initial offer.
