Tribunal claims fall by 25% says ETS
The Employment Tribunals Service (ETS) has published its Annual Report and Accounts for 2004-05, revealing that registered
claims fell by 25%, from 86,181 claims registered, compared with 115,042 the previous year. ETS says that this is mainly due
to fewer multiple cases.
